Shipping Policy
For USA and Canada Address: Flat shipping fee of CAD 20. Free shipping for orders over CAD 300 before tax.
For China Address: Free shipping for orders over CAD 800 before tax. Please contact info@cemarose.ca for shipping details before placing your order.
Other International Address: Flat shipping fee of CAD 50. Free shipping for orders over CAD 500 before tax. Please contact info@cemarose.ca for shipping details before placing your order.
Shipping Method
Cemarose ships within Canada only via Canada Post. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order has been processed, and another email with tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
Please allow 1-5 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped. Please note that Cemarose reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any order your place with us, or to limit quantities of any merchandise without giving any reason.
Cemarose will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery. All items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.
All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to pick up your order from our retail store, please make sure to choose "STORE PICK UP" as your shipping option when you check out. Once your order is processed and ready for pick up, a confirmation email will be sent to you, and then you can pick up from our store located at Pacific Centre M2 Level, 701 W Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Sunday. Please note that there may be unforeseen circumstances causing us to leave the store within the 10 AM to 6 PM time window. In order to serve you better, we encourage you to contact us via telephone (604-428-4545) or email (info@cemarose.ca) before arriving at our store.
Shipping Fees
CAD$20 will be charged for shipping for order mailed to a Canadian address. We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over CAD $300 before tax and after all discounts. It will be applied automatically when you check out. It cannot be used towards previous and future orders, and it is not redeemable for cash or credit in any way. Other restrictions may apply.

Please note that Canada Post does NOT deliver to post office boxes.

Payment Methods
All orders will be charged in Canadian Dollars. Cemarose only accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online orders.
Returns and Exchanges
You can exchange your regular-priced merchandise within 14 days after the order delivery date, or your order can be returned as store credit by Cemarose within 14 days after the order delivery date . All tags must be attached to the merchandise in order to for the returns or exchanges to be valid. Returns or exchanges on worn, altered, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted. Please note that all exchanges permitted once only. Please also note that the shipping cost is NOT eligible for refund.
Please note that ALL Marked Down items are final sales and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. ALL accessories, toys, Jellycat items, and skincare items are final sales and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of the order delivery date. The items must NOT be worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way, and must have ALL original tags attached.
